Support this Australian Site: proceeds from the sales of all products go to a nominated charity each month!

You are invited to contribute by donating special items for sale or auction each month, or by supporting those sales and auctions with your purchases.

Possum Pouches first opened online in 2004 to showcase our Ceejay Nappies® one size fitteds and our very popular Possum Knits® Soakers, longies, skirts, shorts and other knits, made by me with an enormous amount of help from a dear friend in Adelaide. These were so popular we both knitted almost non stop into the small hours of every morning.

Keester Kovers® a wonderful Windpro or PUL AIO originally designed in US were sold under licence during 2005- 2006 at which time we bought all rights to the name and pattern from the original owner . The range was extended to cover more modern fabrics including wool and minkee as well as bamboo and we created a pocket version which not only had the opening to insert boosters but also had the snap in arrangement of an AIO, a very versatile nappy and we were the first to introduce it.
Keester Kovers® are also known as KK Nappies® these are now made and sold exclusively by Lesley at Cherubs Kiss.

In late September 2009 I closed the website to take a well earned break and reclaim some spare time.

During my time as a WAHM I regularly chose a charity of the month and donated part proceeds to the chosen organisations.
This is something very dear to my heart and after discussing it with my husband I decided to reopen the site but this time ALL proceeds (excluding only cost of postage to the buyer) would go to charity.

  • To be able to do this I would like to invite other Australian WAHMS to donate special items for sale or auction each month. If this appeals to you please use the Contact page to email me for further information.
  • I also encourage anyone with a few hours to spare each week to join in the ongoing knitting and crochet projects, with items to go to the homeless or organisations that assist those in need.
  • Please check the other pages on my site for info on how you can become involved.

I am also a grandmother to Corey, Jacob and Isabel and enjoy spending time with my family. I am really looking forward to this venture.
