Subscription Terms and Conditions
Before submitting payment, please read these Subscription Terms and Conditions. By submitting payment, you agree that you have read and agree to these terms. (The Sponsor = You, My Green Nappy = Me):
Sponsorship is purchased, in advance on an annual basis using re-occurring billing via a PayPal Subscription.
Annual payments are managed via PayPal’s subscription payments. In choosing this payment option, the Sponsor is agreeing to a re-occurring payment and that payment will automatically be deducted from The Sponsors PayPal account every 12 months UNTIL CANCELLED. You must cancel your subscription payment before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be re-billed. If you fail to cancel your account and are re-billed, you may cancel your payments via your PayPal account for future billing but you will NOT receive a refund for the current billing cycle payment. Your sponsorship will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
If the Sponsors website becomes inactive, it is the Sponsors responsibility to inform MyGreenNappy.org as soon as possible. I can make your banners ‘inactive’ with about 5 clicks, and will keep your sites’ details for the future in case of re-activiating your sponsorship.
By selecting ‘subscription’ to My Green Nappy, your ongoing payments will have a permanent 10% discount from the regular rate in thanks for your support of this simple environmental initiative, for as long as you continue your sponsorship.
If you need to end your sponsorship for a period of time, you are welcome to re-subscribe at any time, and this will be at the standard rates on offer at the time.
All sponsor sites are of course are reviewed for appropriateness. If your website is deemed not suitable for MyGreenNappy.org for any reason, you will be given a full and prompt refund. MyGreenNappy.org reserves the right to reject any sponsor for any reason.
