Win an ‘Ice Breaker’ nappy for your baby to wear – it’s goal is to promote chatter on the blog posts and to help you ‘break the ice’ with other mums, introducing them to cloth nappies through the one that you WON here at My Green Nappy!

This is a photo of an iceberg in Antarctica which has broken off due to global warming – it’s the type of ice breaking we don’t want. However, on blogs, once someone makes a comment, or replies to one of the questions that are found at the bottom of almost all posts, other people soon follow – as it is the nature of many people to not want to be first in! As a way to ‘break the ice’, and get the comments flowing, what if you could win a reusable nappy by leaving your comments around My Green Nappy?

What is an ‘Ice Breaker’ nappy about?

It’s a cloth nappy giveaway – an initiative to promote modern cloth nappies and the retailers who offer them in Australia and New Zealand. It’s difficult to get exposure for a small business without BIG budgets. As I want My Green Nappy to become THE cloth nappy nexus, I am always considering novel ways to promote the WAHM’s creating and promoting modern nappies down under. In this giveaway they have each have generously donated a nappy in return for introducing you to their business as part of this promotion. If you win you’ll receive a modern cloth nappy of any type or colour – these nappies are ‘green’ as in eco-friendly, though not necessarily ’green’ as in colour. Winners receive the nappy directly from it’s sponsor. Only modern cloth nappy retailers may sponsor a nappy in this giveaway, and in thanks their contribution will be documented permanently in the Ice Breaker Nappy Gallery.

Each will be open for entries for at least one month, usually three! One entry per email address will count in this random draw. Unique responses are eligible – join in; share your experiences! Duplicates of other comments won’t count – we want to add to the resources of My Green Nappy, and your stories definitely do that.

Although publicly visible, only members of My Green Nappy are eligible to win in this giveaway (i.e. you must be on the registered for the Green Promise Nappy Initiative or receiving My Green Nappy Guide.) The winner will be selected via a random generator, contacted by the email ‘behind’ their entry (as no emails are published, only visible to me in the dashboard of My Green Nappy.)
