Meet Our Guest: Mamma’s Lil Jellybean

Let’s Meet Amanda, the proud owner of Mamma’s Lil Jellybean:

Hi all! My name is Amanda and I am a first time mum to Zach (currently 18 months old). I am a Navy wife – so tend to move around a bit. At the moment we are living in Sydney, NSW.

About Mamma’s Lil Jellybean:

Mamma’s Lil Jellybean is an online bubs and tots store that grew from a personal desire to find and share great quality baby products. I sell toys, MCN’s, baby apparel, wall décor and have great gift ideas for the new arrival, Baptisms & Chrsitenings.

All of the products/brands I sell, I myself have used, loved and now want to share. Being a Mum is so overwhelming and I was overcome by all the stuff out there for babies and lil people. As a new Mum how was I to know what worked and was worth the investment? So by trial and error I came across brands – like the Miracle Blanket that I love and want to share with other parents.

Specifically, I wanted to do cloth nappies with Zach. I was overcome, again, but all the MCN’s out there, the different types, sizes and prices! After much research and purchasing of many “trail” packs I came across Mother-ease Cloth Nappies. These were by far the best in durability, cost and importantly offered variety to suit different likes and needs.

The name of my store came from me calling Zach a “lil jellybean” when he was cute and tubby! I wanted to have a name that was personal yet cute and fun!

The MLJ Club is a great way to keep up to date with sales, promotions and competitions. All MLJ Club members get the MLJ Club lifetime discount code to receive 10% off every order. Which is great as I already try and keep all products under the RRP!

Our Planet Matters!

I am just trying to be more conscious of what we use in the house and how I we can cut down our wastage. Cloth nappies are of course a great way to reduce landfill. But I am also interested in making my own cleaning products and using more natural methods to do everyday stuff; like vinegar as a fabric softener or using lemon as an air freshener/cleaner. I am still learning ~ but that is what it is all about! One thing I know is that the environmentally friendly way is usually the most cost effective!

3. Adorable Affordable – Great brands, great prices. I love shopping and especially love cloth shopping for my son. They have great customer service and fast delivery!

Let’s talk more!

I just was to say a BIG “Thank you” to Charndra for developing this web site. It is a great resource for businesses and people looking into cloth. You do a great job and it is all for the benefit of promoting using cloth nappies! Bravo!

Thanks, Amanda!
