  1. Hi,

I have 15 month old twin girls who weigh about the 10-10.5kg mark. They do have delighful, chunky thighs. I find many of the OSFM nappies tight on them around the tops of their thighs as the ‘wings’ of nappies tend to rub. I guess the rise just isn’t high enough to go over the little bump of chunkiness right at the top of their thigh (if that makes sense?).

I adore using Omaiki AIOs but have noticed that the velcro panel at the front of the nappy curls under at the bottom of the very edges when worn and the seam/velcro rubs the girls and they end up with a little graze or sore at the top of their legs. It is uncomfortable for them too. 🙁

As I said, I love these nappies, but find I’m going for different brands that are bigger in size (and bigger in bulk) to make sure the girls are comfy. But the trimness of the Omaiki AIO is one of the reasons why I love them so much. Especially since they are also so absorbant.

It’s almost as if the velcro panel needs to be about 0.5cm shorter at either end so that when the edges curl up, it’s only the soft outer material that’s rubbing.

I was wondering if you could give me some advice because I really don’t want to stop using them, but will have to if they keep irritating the girls’ legs.

    Thanks in advance.
    Emily Dennis
